Novel City Chamber is a 501c3 nonprofit organization engaging in building entrepreneurial capacity by creating innovative environments that support the creation and operation of high-tech companies. The organization takes an “applied engineering approach” by attracting, retaining and employing quaternary sector resources (i.e. Media, Research, Education, Legal, Financial and technological expertise) to infuse start-ups and growth companies with the support that is necessary to develop tech products and services from concept to commercialization.
